Our Story … Is A family tradition

In 1989 Jamie and Francine Alba heeded the years of encouragements from friends and family to open a place that could replicate the weekly Sunday gatherings they held at their home. A tradition experienced regularly growing up in New York. Jamie and Francine combined recipes from from their Northern and Southern Italian routes, added new creations that reflected their west-coast taste, and opened the first Sisley Italian Kitchen to rave reviews Twenty seven years later.

Jamie and Francine have had the pleasure of being apart of so many memories, they continue to bring the same passion for providing phenomenal food at affordable prives – an all around experience that remains at the core of what they do. In an era where 80% of all new restaurants are Italian, Sisley’s concept is flourishing because of the commitment to Home Style cooking. We work hard to provide modest prices and large portions of high quality food. To have a successfull restaurant, it must be treated like a young child, nurtured, cared for, and set on the right path from day one.

Currently , Jaime & Francine have recently completed a major renovation & remodel. “This is a new chapter for Sisley. The restaurant has more than just renovated, we wanted to create a space where our guests can have a ‘dining experience’ every time. A place for celebrations, date nights, business meetings, all with a new night life promotion, complete with musical guests, and more.”

The menu is party to the new chapter as well. While we we wanted to on keep the core Sisley favorites, together, with Sisley’s New Executive Chef, Adam Bakal, Jamie & Francine, worked together for many months to include new creations inspired by favorite dishes they experienced while traveling throughout our country’s hip cities like NY, Nashville, New Orleans, as well as abroad.

Our kitchen philosophy is simple ….

Always fresh & Always authentic

​We take pride in preparing food, the way it was intended. With us nothing is store bought, and nothing is ever pre-made or frozen. Everything is made fresh in-house. We do not own microwave oven, never have. We are passionate about food & service, and take great pride in preparing meals you’ll love, and a dining experience you’ll remember.
